Rural Feeds Horse-some Haylage is awesome! A delicious, dust free, ryegrass haylage. Low in energy and protein and suitable for all horses and ponies.Rural Feeds Horse-some Haylage is produced using specially selected Ryegrass mixtures suitable for feeding to all horses and ponies alongside grazing and concentrate feeds. The entire production process is controlled to ensure a high quality haylage; from selecting the most suitable grass seed mixtures, managing the grass ley, harvesting at the optimum time through to preserving and packaging.

As a guide, a typical 500kg horse will require 1% of its bodyweight as forage i.e. 5kg hay per day. As haylage has a higher moisture content than hay, this equates to 7 - 8kg of haylage per day* *Adjust quantities in relation to access to grazing and concentrate feeds.

For best results: Use within 5 - 7 days once opened
